Aluminum Alloy Profile

The performance of aluminum alloy profiles must comply with the GB/T5237-2008 standard.

Material grade must not be lower than 6063 T5 aluminum alloy.

Profile dimensions must meet the ultra-high precision level as defined by national standards, including:

Permissible deviations in cross-sectional size

Angular deviations

Surface and curved plane gaps

Straightness and torsion

Length deviations

End cut angle and deformation tolerances

Mechanical properties must meet F25 strength grade, with tensile strength ≥ 215 N/mm² and hardness (Vickers) ≥ 75 HV.

Surface quality: The anodized film must reach AA15 grade (minimum average film thickness ≥ 15μm, minimum localized thickness ≥ 12μm).

Slot width standard: 4.3 + 0.3 mm

Octagonal tube cross-section: 40 ± 0.2 mm

Flat aluminum cross-section: 50 ± 0.2 mm

Heat Transfer Printed Fabric Graphics

High-quality flame-retardant fabric is selected, with a weight of 200–260g per square meter.

Printers and ink are sourced from top international brands.

After printing, graphics are processed at approximately 210°C (400T) using professional machinery. The heat causes the dye on the transfer paper to sublimate and fuse into the fabric, resulting in vivid, high-resolution visuals.
